Multi-level Marketing [MLM] Systems allows you to profit from other peoples efforts. You recruit/hire people to sell a companys products or services which you represent. For your efforts you earn a commission. You could in effect hire hundreds or thousands of people this way and earn commissions.

If you draw a chart of you and your people you recruited, it will form a triangle. You will be one top, and they will be below you. However, this chart structure will limit how much money you will make in commissions. This would be a one level system.

It gets more interesting, as companies which start MLM programs know that they cannot entice and attract many people for this one level structure because of the small total commissions it generates as compared with the deeper level structures. It would be just like any other business with distributors. So, they designed the MLM chart structure to go several levels deep. This way you will profit more from the many people below you in the organization structure from multiple commissions structure every level deep.

It now gets exciting! Like this. The first level people below you can now hire people under them, just like you did. And, the ones they recruited below them can recruit others below them and so on. The chart structure now looks like the root of a tree going deep down in the ground and expanding wide, outwards, as it goes deeplike a big trianglestrata of several levels. And, it gets more interesting again in that they go a certain level deep and stop. Suppose that the company you joined as an affiliate have a four level structure deep here is how it will progress.

Once you fill these four levels. and you still keep recruiting others, since you are good at it, some companies policy is to take these extra people and allow you to start a new structure, just like when you started. In effect, you will have many mini organizations over time. Your recruiting system will be like having several trees planted with roots going up to the level below that the company established and every one of them will be bringing in money in your bank account without you doing anything after planting those trees.

The Payoff

At every level you go down deep in your down line tree system, you will be compensated with commissions. The commission structure is established by the company you represent. The first level would probably have the highest commission pay out, and as you go deep, the commission payout will be reduced. The narrow part of the triangle at the top is paid the highest. Although, the lower levels pays out a smaller commission, you will make more money as you go deep in the down line matrix structure because of the very large numbers of people who will be filling the structure as you go deep.

If you look at the mathematics of this commission structure you will see that the money you will be making will explode into hundreds of thousands of dollars.even millions.

Try this. If you are mathematically inclined, design a four level matrix. The first level pays out 6 % and is reduced 1% point to the fourth level down. You are allowed to plant three trees [three matrix structures] and go four levels deep. As an affiliate, you have five thousand people in your matrix structure after six months with the company you represent. Calculate the income you will be making every month by recruiting other people to sell and promote your companys products you represent.

The amount of money would be astronomical. You will be rich beyond your belief. It will blow your mind. And you will be getting it every month without fail. And it will grow every month because of other who will be joining up. This is the power of joining a multi level marketing company.

But, while this seems encouraging, you will have to do some work to reap these financial benefits. You will have to do a lot of promotion and employ different marketing strategies to recruit these people, but, mark my word; your efforts will not go in vain.
