MSM or Methlsulphhonylmethane is an active organic type of naturally occurring sulphur. It is found in, vegetables, meat, milk and fish. MSM supplement has many uses. Other ingredients contained are purified water, Gelatin and magnesium stearate.

It is also found in glutathione which acts as a free radical remover and helps in removing the toxic by-products in the liver. It is also found in coenzyme A that has a very important role in the synthesis and oxidation of the fatty acids that you take in through food. It also helps in cholesterol and vitamin d synthesis and production of steroid hormones. It is also found in fibrinogen, which has blood clotting properties.
