How to Overcome your Worries about your Love Life and your Pursuit of Single Women

Author: Don Diebel

Let's focus this week on something we all fall victim to at some point in our love life or pursuit of single women. What is it? Worry.

This is probably the most useless activity to occupy your mind with. I liked the way humorist Will Rogers described worry as, "Worry is like a rocking chair. It keeps you busy, but it doesn't get you anywhere." How very true this statement is.

Will worry help you to solve your problems in getting a woman? No it won't solve a damn thing. It will only place additional pressure on yourself. Worrying over things will just create a vicious cycle of creating more worry. Before you know it, you will get yourself into a rut.

The best way to worry is to do it constructively with a positive approach. Think of potential problems in meeting, dating, and attracting single women advance and develop solutions to them. Develop an action plan for each problem that may develop.

When you've mapped out strategies and plans in advance of every possible problem, then you don't have to waste your time with useless worrying. You'll know exactly what to do.

In closing, keep in mind that your mind can be your worst enemy at times. You can exaggerate things that you think that you should be worrying about. You can actually trick your mind into thinking things are much worse than they really are. Your perception of reality can be distorted by your own mind, which can cause needless worry.
