Beauty That We Don't Have The Power Over

Author: Tyler Benson

It is amazing how blind we can sometimes be. We never have time to stop and look around, all wrapped up in our everyday routine. It is absolutely necessary to pay attention to all that surrounds you and appreciate it. Just imagine yourself a picture. Beautiful summer night. Not even a cloud in the sky. The air is fragrant and the darkness around is crisp. You look up to the sky and what you see is a myriad of bright lights and it seems like you are able to touch a one, though it is a million years away from you. They dance and twinkle like thousands of eyes watching you. They get together in weird combinations giving something to your imagination. Here and there different images appear and there is nothing in the whole world that can be compared to that. You stay motionless, touched and overwhelmed by feelings that are breaking you head apart. This makes you feel warm and feverish, now you know, there is nothing you cant manage and cant do. You are inspired by the beauty of what youve witnessed.

This can be a more than nice occasion to write a descriptive essay. This way you can express yourself poetically to friends and teachers delight. This is also the way to crave a picture in your memory and make the whole moment unforgettable. These are trifles that make our day when we read them and try to get as close to the image weve pictured, as it is only possible. But there are also some rare cases when we see the power of the beauty but it doesnt bring any positive emotions.

Who will venture to affirm that the beauty of the sea storm is magnificent? Or is there anyone wholl say that the sight of a harnessed volcano is more scary than stunning? There are faces of nature that we are able to observe for hundreds of years now. Arent they worth a line or two? This is what makes nature so absolutely attractive, the most beautiful and really unpredictable. This is the matter we dont have the power over. We are weak in front of its face and yet we serve it and find different ways to study it and to get accustomed. You can stay away from observation and show that you are really indifferent to the abilities of nature to destroy and to build. That will bring no good just show your false feeling of absolute power over it, though you dont even have power over yourself when it comes to emotions.

It is absolutely useless to create different myths around nature for there will be no explanation to what is going to happen. If there is a chance for a human being which is a part of nature, to turn to it for mercy, one must consider importance of positive in ones life and thank for every day in the freezing wind or under the scorching sun. Nature can not be controlled by us, but we can help it prosper and develop. With the help of our creative physical and mental work we establish a firm contact between a part and a whole and make some sort of harmony that we are hopelessly trying to reach for so long.
