Eat less than you want to
Drink more water than you want to
Dance by yourself (or with your lover)
Read a childrens book
Act as if you are fearless and 100% confident
Always make amends when you are wrong
Watch the sunrise and the sunset
Pray and meditate
Call an old friend that you havent talked to in a while
Give anonymously to others in need
